Designed to guide you to get out of your head, into your heart and show you what it means to live on purpose. Lisa takes you on a guided meditation, quietening the mind in becoming aware of your body.
Through the art of mindfulness, you will discover how to listen to your body as it speaks to you about where you need to focus your self-care. Lisa Jane will show you how eating for the season and your emotional state, nurtures your mind-body, thus bringing balance.
Spiritually you will get in touch with your creative side, which is a subtle avenue of personal development. You will bring out qualities that have been hidden from the busy lifestyle you live. Lisa Jane inspires with her creative flair and will offer a practical tool, Art as Therapy. This is a hands-on part of the Retreat and the most rewarding.
Retreating is an inspirational way to bring yourself back to balance.
Lisa Jane enjoys entertaining her guests with an all inclusive Retreat, nourishing your mind, body and spirit. All materials will be provided along with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea; all in alignment to Ancient Traditions. If you have dietary requirements, Lisa Jane will accommodate for you. All you need to do is keep the Sunday free from 9am till 5pm. That way there are no distractions from your learning experience, where it is set at the tranquil location of Maharishi School Age of Enlightenment, Reservoir Vic.
The Retreat is broken up into three sections and will include the following;
Mind
~ what it means to live on purpose
~ guided meditation to quiet the mind
~ acknowledging values & voids
~ how our minds works during stress
Body
~ listening to our body speak
~ face-mapping
~ chi cycle for vitality
~ seasonal eating for our emotions
Spirit
~ why our spirit needs more attention
~ creative hands-on collage exercise
~ decoding the final art piece - showing your persona
~ the importance of thinking from your spirit rather than your mind
By the end of the Retreat, you will leave feeling comfortable in the skin your in with the knowledge you'll absorb and embrace. You'll walk away with;
~ a clear understanding that it's your mind rather than your body creating challanges
~ a simple yet effective meditation you can do on a daily basis or when you feel stressed
~ an outline of wholesome foods to eat for each season and for your emotions
